Skin peeling off after breast reduction - 2 weeks post-op. (photo)

Question

I had a breast reduction done about 2 weeks ago. I was checking my breast today and noticed the skin around the incision is peeling off and showing some pink. I called the hospital and sent them this picture. The nurse said it looks okay because she doesn't see any infection. Should I be worried? Or can it just be because of the steri strip?

Hello, congratulations on your decision and courage to undertake the surgery! Your shoulders and neck will feel so much better!
I am sorry to hear that you are concerned. 
It looks like you are removing the steristrips from the wound yourself, no on else, I am not sure if you can reach all the way, I hope someone is there to help you and look after you!
It looks like nice fresh pink baby skin, not unusual after surgery. I cannot detect any signs of infection, however I can only see a limited part of the scar, and I cannot se the nipple.
If you remove the steristrips you might need at least some paper tape to cover the fish incisions and also good support in a good supportive bra.
At two weeks you would probably see one of the clinicians to check on you and how the healing progresses, more so if you are concerned.
