Hi, I'm a 30 year old girl. For about a year now, these ugly folds have appeared in my knee. Due to the pandemic I stopped doing any kind of physical activity and I gained about 10 pounds more. I don't know if this fact can be the cause of these wrinkles but what can I do to remedy?
Answer: Morpheus8 is a great option for tightening the skin and reducing appearance of wrinkles. Pair with a Melapeel as well. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Possible treatment for knee wrinkles For non surgical solution i would reccomend you combination tretment First option Thermage +Mesotherapy and dermal filler into wrinkle area.Second option Morpheus 8 +Mesotherapy and dermal fillers into wrinkle area .The differance between these two treatments is that thermage is non-invasive, radiofrequency (RF) cosmetic procedure that’s clinically proven to help smooth, tighten and contour skin for an overall younger looking appearance and it works onvmore deep skin layers and its more painful treatment that requires sedation.Morpheus 8 is radiofrequency(RF) which works more superficial and can be performed with topical anastesia . Whith which treatment to proceed we decide on personal examination. Results after both treatments can last years depending on your skin condition and aging process.

Answer: Thermage for knee area Thermage® is a safe, non-invasive, radiofrequency (RF) cosmetic procedure that’s clinically proven to help smooth, tighten and contour skin for an overall younger looking appearance. The treatment delivers natural looking results with little to no downtime —on all skin colors, on and off the face, all in a single procedure. Fast and easy, you can even come in during your lunch break and return to work after! Thermage® uses radiofrequency technology to heat the deep, collagen rich layers of your skin. The heat helps tighten existing collagen and stimulate the formation of new collagen, which reduces sagging, renews contours, and improves the smoothness and texture of the skin’s surface. Comfort Pulse Technology, including a vibrating handpiece delivers enhanced patient comfort. Thermage® can treat wrinkled, sagging or bulging skin as well as the appearance of cellulite, including on thighs and knee area. While you will see an improvement immediately, Thermage® usually takes up to 6 months to see the maximum result and this improvement is said to last approximately 18 months. Often patients repeat Thermage® more often to get additional tightening. It's important, of course, to make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist because results can be variable depending on who is performing the procedure.
