I am 44 and will have a mini lift under local anesthesia. I take small doses of lisinopril to maintain a good pressure. I'm in very good health and have been checked. My pressure is usually low but the times that it WILL increase are when I'm anxious or in pain (I've had procedures before including 2 C sections). I am anxious about my pressure rising following the lift and causing a Hematoma. The PS said I won't need pain meds. My Internist in Palo Alto is aware of all of this. Advice?
