What size saline implant would work for me? I am doing breast reconstructive surgery bilaterally.

P.s. measured my ribs and I measure 12.5... my surgeon only uses saline implants which I am fine with. I was a 38DD before cancer. October 25 is the surgery day for expanders. Wish me luck!

you don't have to make that decision now. as you are inflated you can decide what size that you want to be.  igood luck

Typically a large breast like your describing needs a relatively large implant.  Because he using saline he can overfill these implants when the exchange to the permanent implant is performed.  Without an exam it is hard to tell.  You can use 3d imaging to potentially help.

Thanks for your question, and best of luck with your treatment. Since it sounds like your plastic surgeon will be placing tissue expanders first, you really don't need to worry about the volume of the true implant you will get later. The expander will create the necessary space for the implant, but doing it slowly, week by week. That way, you will know what size implant you need once you like the size of the expanders.
