Can lipodissolve injections be used to reduce buccal fat instead of having the invasive procedure?

Hello. Its well known that after 30's our face starts losing volume and support and the skin gets loose, probably at this moment the best option can be removing fat tissue from the face, that will end up in a younger looking appearance but in a few years, with less support in your skin, that will make yourself look older than your age. Removing fat from the face can be done with mesotherapy such as lipo dissolving injections or with liposuction. You will only know whats best for you when you go to a professional and set a plan for you in short and long term results.

Fat dissolve solution is not FDA approved in the U.S. Kybella is the only product that is FDA approved to treat the fat under the chin ["double chin" or submentall fullness]. 
That said, while we RARELY want to remove fat in the face, a lot of physicians, myself included, have used Kybella with and without additional fat dissolve solution to remove the fat that is located in the jowls. Other than this area, we do not recommend removing any other buccal fat. 
You may be dreading looking younger than you are at the moment, fat dissolve is permanent, so I would caution you against removing fat in the face at this time.
