Cheek swelling after lipolysis injection?

Hello, thanks for your query. Lipolysis injection kill fact cells and produces inflamation which slowly clears out the cells. The duration of this reaction may vary between people from 1-4 weeks.  Follow up with your physician to check if there is no other issues with the injections.

When fat is killed, the body will clean it up in due time, but the process varies from person to person.  Usually one week is the average on going back to your original size but it may take longer.  Please get evaluation by your provider to see if your swelling is not more serious.  Hope that helps.
