3 months since pre op, I washed all scabs off but still had a but of dry skin so used a come and got rid of the dry bits?(photo)

I've added picks to show u what I mean. I used minoxalin for a bit but it was causing itching. There was a little bit of dry skin that flaked off when rubbed, I still have a bit of redness and can see a little bit of growth. In some areas I can still see nothing growing is this normal for this stage also does it look like I'll have results thanks.
