3 months since pre op, I washed all scabs off but still had a but of dry skin so used a come and got rid of the dry bits?(photo)

..dan,Thanks for the question. The early growth is nice, but should be accelerating in the next month or two. Most patients develop scalp irritation and itching with minoxidil use, I like to have a compounded formulation of minoxidil, retinoid acid and hydrocortisone. This increases the absorption of minoxidil and decreases the scalp irritation. If you are using Rogaine or minoxidil and you have redness, it may be a sign of a skin reaction / allergy to the medication.  Follow up with your doctor.

you dont wash your hair properly , ı mean you dont make enough pressure to area to clean all sebum, dirt and death epithelial remnants. Minox also may cause redness and scab  oily skin .Stop minox , wash hairs forcely and use ketoral shampoo for 2 times a week. 

Dry skin is best treated with a good quality shampoo for dry skin and a good conditioner which will add moisture to your hair and skin
