Recommended treatments for Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia from CoolSculpting? (Photo)

Hello, I had Coolsculpting in late 2021. In early 2022, Very hard lumps developed in the area of treatment (inner thighs). I have learned this is the so-called "rare" side effect of CS called paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH). Recommended treatment for removal and the least likelihood of recurrence is Vaser liposuction. But due to the stretched-out skin, I will likely have loose skin after. Is RENUVION an option for this large area? I hope to avoid a 2nd procedure (a thigh lift).

You are not a good candidate for inner thigh, Liposuction.
The contour issue is far more related to skin laxity than fat distribution.
Liposuction in this part of the body is technically difficult and typically does not deliver the type of results Patients had hoped for. The name of the equipment is irrelevant. Renuvion will not give you a noticeable difference.
Individuals who are not good candidates for liposuction don’t have the potential of having quality outcomes.
The only variables that matter, when it comes to quality, Liposuction Red, love is patient candidate feet and the skill of the provider. Equipment makes virtually no difference whatsoever.
I wish I could be more optimistic, but I’ve been doing this long enough to know who’s going to get quality outcome or who has the potential of it.
Number of plastic surgeons of two remastered, Liposuction are in a small minority.
My best recommendation is to be apprehensive and not schedule surgery until someone can show you at least 50 sets of quality before and after pictures of people who look just like you.
An experienced plastic surgeon should have access to hundreds or even thousands of before and after pictures.
Can you show me a handful of preselected images, representing the best results other providers, career or other anatomic area is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results will look like in the hands of each provider.
A thigh lift is not a great procedure either, but it’s probably a realistically better option for you.
