Retin A for pigmentation?

hello doctor..Im female indian 25 and have pigmentation around mouth and cheeks.Can i use retin A for it? Or any other good stuff.

We have found that ceramide moisturizers are ideal for use with Retinoids and Retin A. In our office, we recommend the Elevase Moisture Booster with Opti-ceramides. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

I would not recommend using Retin-A in this fashion. The eyelid skin is too fragile and thin. Talk to your plastic surgeon about alternative, of which there are many.

In our office, we advocate the use of Retinoids at least once weekly to help reduce premature aging. We often recommend that patients mix the Retinoids (Replenish and Replenish CX) with Elevase Moisture Booster with ceramides. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
