My chest portion is still not hard enough and my nipples are puffy but not too extreme. Main thing is that the nipples are always like that and get puckered only when touched, I also get itching around my nipple area...what is the problem with me

Depending on your age, puffy areola are commonly due to extra breast tissue behind the areola. This is known as gynecomastia and can be removed with a small incision or with liposuction or a combination of the two. This reduces the tissue behind the areola and gets rid of the puffiness.
