I'm 27 yrs old and baby tooth is still there. Is it possible to keep the tooth?

Hi iam 27 and still have one baby tooth .. I went to doctor and c said that the roots of that tooth is really weak and I should remove it .. and they will do this teeth brideging thing ....but because its my front tooth I am really scared ... is it possible to keep that tooth ...since there is no big problem with it ....its just when I tap on it ....its pain a little bit ....but if I keep it that way will it infect other teeths .....

Unfortunately the only solution its grinding the 4 anterior teeth, and performing porcelain veneers ,only if you want them to look nice and even, and I say 4 because the laterals need to be filed down as well , so they would distribute the tooth contour. I hope this helps.
