Can paranasal implants prove the midface and get rid of nasolabial folds?

I was going to opt for a lefort 1, but now I am not sure what I want. Paranasal implants look like they look like you have a longer maxilla which is desirable. Do any doctors preform this, can it make a noticeable difference in the appearance of a midface?

Your view is reasonable and has to do with the width and slope of your lower jaw. The overall look can be made more balanced with proper procedures including augmentation of the jawline

It seems that you have. Skeletal under bite rather than dental. With surgery the profile and bite improves.
