29/f. The oral surgeon said my bite looked ok but im unhappy with the amount of tooth show when smiling (40% when smiling, none in repose with mouth open). I believe i have mild hypoplasia and a slightly underdeveloped maxilla. I have been looking for years for ways to correct it, but I dont want a lip lift scar. Am I a candidate for DNA appliance? if so, will it make my nose upturned? how else will it affect my face? if veneers add bulk to my smile, will it truly help show more teeth?
