African-American female - when can I flat iron/blow dry hair after transplant?

I am an African-American female thinking of getting an FUT to lower my hairline. I normally wear my hair in a Blow dried/flat ironed state and I’m wondering when I would be able to blow dry or flat iron the transplanted hairs following the procedure?
