I'm going to have 360 lipo and bbl to fill in hip dips. J Plasma is offered but is this necessary in my case to get a good result? With this i mean no backfolds and flat abdomen. I also want to have children in the future. J Plasma makes the skin more tightened during pregnancy the skin will expand, i was wondering if it will leave more stretch marks after pregnancy. Also if i would need a tummy tuck in the future after pregnancy, is this more risky if you had J Plasma because of more scarring?
Answer: Abdomen I don't think you need J plasma for your abdomen, but it will not interfere with pregnancy. After pregnancy, you might need a tummy tuck to remove excess skin and tighten your abdomen. However, not all women do, especially if they are careful with weight gain during pregnancy.

Answer: Adding J plasma, a.k.a. Renuvion My personal first-hand experience using Renuvion has showed no visible difference whatsoever. I don’t believe the device creates any benefits to the patient whatsoever. I’ve used this device and made objective measurements that showed zero skin tightening. I would skip Renuvion, and save myself some money. Delivering consistent quality, liposuction and fat. Transfer results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who truly mastered this procedure are in a small minority. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of provider selection for body, contouring procedures. You’ll be reminded of the outcome every day for the rest of your life. Liposuction results are permanent and irreversible. I’ve done poorly patients can be left disfigured. To find the right provider I suggest patient have multiple in person, consultations with providers who have a strong reputation for both Liposuction and fat transfer. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients, who had similar body characteristics. For results always confirmed that the after pictures were taken at least 3 to 6 months from the date of the procedure. An experience provider should have no difficulty showing you the before, and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing only the best results of providers career may be insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider, with your results are likely to look like or how many of these procedures they’ve actually done. There are generally only two variables to determine the outcome of this procedure. The first is patient candidacy, and the second is the skill of the provider. There isn’t much you can do about your own candidacy, though you seem to be a good candidate based on the information provided. Would you do have control over his provider selection. I recommend people avoid virtual consultations whenever possible. The time to be critical of plastic surgeons during the vetting process before you schedule surgery. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
