1 session of tattoo removal on black skin. I'm having troubles with holes forming in my arm (Photo)

I fear you are going to replace the tattoo with a very permanent scar. I don't know what your friend is using to remove the tattoo, but, please, find a physician's office who has very good ratings for tattoo removal, and, go get another opinion. Most tattoos, like this (even on dark skin,) can be removed without any scarring or adverse skin reaction. I wish you the best!
