1 session of tattoo removal on black skin. I'm having troubles with holes forming in my arm (Photo)

Ok my friend has just open up a tattoo removal studio... She offer to remove my tattoo for free as she had never done the worked on black skin before and it was a test for her I was healing very well untill after last weekend when I stared to see the skin a form wholes in two areas and the skin seemed to be parting.. their is no pain and just worried about having holes In my arm.. I have a cream from the pharmacy to stop infection.. but don't no if I need more

Each Doctor will have their preferred laser. Tattoos should be removed with q switched or pico lasers. It will take a series of treatments. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a laser tattoo removal expert. Best, Dr. Emer

You probably need to have the tattoo excised in stages since there is some risk of depriving the blood supply to the skin in the center.  I understand the urgency but you don't want to have a patch of dead skin in the center of your neck.  Good luck! DSR
