Can hard lumps be removed that developed after having lippodissolve?

This procedure was done several years ago. While undergoing treatment the doctors office burned both sides of my hips while doing ultrasound treatments,. They are now beginning to really bother me and I do not know who to turn to. I thought maybe they were hurting because of a few pounds weight gain. Any information you can give me would be most appreciated,
