Lipodissolve is more like an injection. With Lipodissolve we use something like Kybella to melt the fat by means of injection. When injected, a chemical breakdown of localized body fat occurs. Benefits are seen maximally within three weeks of the treatment, and several treatments four to six weeks apart are often required for full goal results to be achieved. 
Fat freezing uses a device. In our office, we use a machine which is used to cool the skin to a level which causes fat cells to freeze. These frozen fat cells disintegrate and then safely leave the body through natural processes. Certain fat-freezing devices are FDA-approved.

Lipodissolve is an injectable medication that causes the fat cells to burst while Coolsculpting is freezing of the fat cells and both result in reduction of the number of the fat cells. Based on your photos your best option for fat reduction non surgically would be Coolsculpting. Coolsculpting will provide you with 20-25% fatty tissue reduction per treatment. You would need 2-3 treatments. Lipodissolve is another option for you however, because you have a large area to treat it will take you many treatments, probably around 6+ or so, and in the end can cost more the Coolsculpting. In addition, the Coolsculpting is less painful and less discomfort post treatment. With Lipodissolve many patients experience pain post procedure along with a significant amount of swelling. Either is an option for you and both have permanent effects but I think your experience and costs would be better with Coolsculpting.
