Can my belly button be move up to its original position during a tummy tuck revision?

Hello, In 2016 i did a mini tummy tuck with my belly button float. The placement is a bit low and i still have a lot of fat above my belly button. I am thinking about getting a full tummy tuck done this year. Can my belly button be move up to its original position?
