will extracting 4 premolars change my face shape? I want high cheekbones and a more symmetrical face. I will hopefully be getting braces for a second time within the next month. I previously had them for 5 years on treatment for my overbite. i am also worried about having braces for a second time for another 15 months. will my teeth be too weak? I also have a missing tooth, and will be getting a dental implant placed after my braces treatment.

DO NOT HAVE Invisalign or Orthdontics before having a consultation on Epigenetic Orthodontics and the DNA Appliance. You have an extremely constricted arch and only functional appliances and surgery will fix this. The bite change should set off warning alarms of future TMJoint problems....
I can not recommend to do self dentistry, because mostly likely there will be some residue left even if you will manage to remove actual braces. That residue can and will create a rough surface, which in turn can create cavities. Find a local dentist, who can remove them safely.
