I had PRK surgery a week ago. Recovery was going great, vision was very clear, then my wife accidentally elbowed me in the right eye. 3 hours later, my right eye is still very blurry. I went to urgent care and they did not see any scratches or anything wrong with my corneas. Will the blurriness go away? Do I have anything to worry about?

Advanced Surface Ablation is a variation of PRK. I would expect little further change 1.5 years after treatment. Most likely, there is some astigmatism which could be corrected by another treatment. Maybe a second opinion is in order.

I would suggest that you go back to the eye doctor and have them perform a cycloplegic refraction. That would be the best way to determine if you are over-corrected. Good luck
