I would strongly recommend that you not try to remove a mole at home with distilled vinegar or any other at home method. Moles need to be removed by a physician and some need to be biopsied to make sure they are not dangerous. Removing a mole at home can cause problems such as infection, scarring and making the mole worse.
I recommend getting an in-person formal evaluation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with a laser, radiowave or shave.
