HELP!!!! I waxed my upper lip while on Accutane, and its still bright red what can I do??

So yesterday I waxed my upper lip not knowing that I'm not supposed to do that. its still super red and it looks like the skin has ripped off! I don't know what to do, nothing seems to be working, what can I do?how long is it going to stay it's VERY noticeable and gross, and is it going to leave a scar?? PLEASE help me!! :(
