I had a laser session 10 days ago and I got burned. I healed it with "MEBO" cream. After 3 days it was healed so I am using "MEBO scar" now. Will the burn fade away? Am I using the correct ointment? Or should I see a dermatologist?

This looks like a large comedone you can have it extracted by an aesthetician. It does appear red , it may be infected. You might even see a doctor for it.
You can still get hair removal laser done , i dont think that will aggravate the area. Good Luck!
