Did microneedling cause the fine lines on my cheeks, dehydrated skin, and volume loss? How can I fix this? (Photos)

I have these fine lines on my cheeks when I smile. They are really noticeable in spot lighting and natural light. I’m only 24 (turning 25 in April) and I need to know what has caused this to happen. I had a microneedling treatment done in February that I regret doing because I’m worried it did this to my skin. I don’t know if it’s volume loss, dehydrated skin, scarring etc. I have some acne scarring but not all over my cheeks. I have lost some weight but not a significant amount.
