Few months after BBL one butt check feels more liquid. Does one side heal faster than the other? Is that normal?

I got a bbl a few months ago and it looks great but one Butt checks feels more liquidy than the other. Is this normal? One side seems to have healed faster than the other. The healed side feels harder. I feel like I had a sandbag in the one that hasn’t healed. Pleas help! Do I need to do surgery again? What caused this?
