Does BBL once you completely get rid of a freckle/spot (4-8 seasons) and no longer see that pigment w/ the naked eye, will that exact freckle come back with sun exposure or has that pigment been fully removed (obviously new freckles could form over time, but is that exact pigment piece gone)? Also does BBL encourage new freckles and red cherries/spots to appear on areas not treated but nearby treated areas? I feel new freckles keep showing on untreated areas now that I've started BBL sessions?

BBL is basically one form of IPL (broad band light vs intense pulsed light)
Melasma is best treated initially with
1) SUNSCREEN AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING (hat or facial cover)
2) Bleaching agents: hydroquinone, transexamic acid, or kojic acid
3) Resistant cases may benefit from IPL/BBL. ...
Yes it actualy will help it and adding emerageskin aerify even more. I would suggest red light after and to use anteagemd stem cell serum regularly with sente dermal repair (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.
