How come after my BBL I didn't have any fluid drainage?

Question

After my bbl I noticed my stitches closed up almost immediately after and no fluid is coming out. Does that mean my doctor didn’t also put in fluid with blood supply to help to keep the blood cells? How come my experience is different from others’ since other patients always expect fluid draining out after the procedure??????

Everyone drains differently after surgery. Some patients may also drain less if the doctor massages the fluid out before the end of surgery. Fat is transferred during your BBL. Your body will grow its own blood supply to nourish these cells. The surgeon does not add any fluid, blood, or other debris to the fat as this will actually hinder the fat from surviving. If we are not to sit on our butts after a BBL, why are we placed on our backs and then put to sit in a wheelchair after?
