Hard to reach crusting 12 months after surgery, how can I remove it?

I had septoplasty and FESS 12 months ago and one side of my nostril gets blocked with hard crust that I cannot remove, it hurts and causes pressure on my face. My ENT says there’s no issue. But I can’t dislodge the crust

12 months after surgery, there should be no crusting occurring. You also should not have to "remove" anything on a regular basis. I would recommend getting another opinion to make sure everything looks okay inside the nose. I recommend salt water sprays or rinses to all my septoplasty or sinus patients which helps a ton with dryness and crusting. Your best bet is to have another pair of eyes just check things outBest of luck
