Hard to reach crusting 12 months after surgery, how can I remove it?

I had septoplasty and FESS 12 months ago and one side of my nostril gets blocked with hard crust that I cannot remove, it hurts and causes pressure on my face. My ENT says there’s no issue. But I can’t dislodge the crust

After two weeks, that bump that you are describing could be any of those options. Swelling, scar tissue, suture material, etc. are all reasonable culprits that should improve with time. I would bring it to the attention of your surgeon on your next office visit.
