Is Finpecia the Same as Propecia?

I'm using Propecia (Finesterida Mylan 1mg) for the last 1 month. But now i find from internet another called Finpecia for the same purpose n less expensive than Propecia. Can someone plz tell me the difference between Propecia and Finpecia. Do they have same benefits n side effects? Although I'm little worried about the sexual side effects of Propecia i noticed in this period. Are these side effects harmless n temporary r may continue after stopping its use?

Masturbation or sex of any type, is a normal process which does not impact hair loss at all. The hormones that create yous sex drive are unfortunately, the same hormones (DHT) that cause hair loss when you are unfortunate to have the genetics for balding
