2 years back and my corneal thickness is 520 and 515 for both eyes .i have been suggested t use rgp lens but those are not fitting me correctly and they told that my is not accepting any power after 6/9 so nothing is clear after that forme.one doctor told to use scleral or rose k lens annd another told to have icl.but i am fered icl should be done only for aged people my friend told.cn u please suggest me good solution

Given that you have done C3r in both eye, it indicates you have been diagnosed with Keratoconus. In Keratoconus toto have clear vision there are numerous options, one is as suggested by you i.e. scleral or rose k lens. This is of-course a non-surgical option. However, if you want surgical options, then you can undergo Topo guided PRK INTACS or ICL can be considered. The choice will vary as according to case specifications. ICL is not only for a good option for aged people but also for youngsters too.

The fact that you had corneal cross linking indicates that you have a problem with corneal ectasia. Following CXL you might be a candidate for topography linked custom PRK. However this is option only for refractive errors requiring 50 microns or less of laser ablation. ICL surgery is an option but with your level of irregular astigmatism your visual outcome might be sub optimal.
