What is the cause of black spots after laser treatment and can I treat this? (Photo)

Hi, These spots are due to Laser which burns the underlying hair follicles. The dark spots will fade out eventually as you proceed your laser sessions. Do not panic. Best of luck. 

The black spots that you are seeing a hairs in the hair follicles that have been treated.  These will eventually work their way to the surface and fall out.  When you wax hair, the hair is pulled from the follicle that is why you do not see those black spots.
