I need two opposite molars removed (19 &30). Only half a crown remains on one tooth and a third on the other. The brown pulp has deteriorated and formed a crater. The dentist says that they are hopeless. I don't like the idea of 2 different bridges because it will forever alter the integrity of two good teeth, which makes no sense to me at all. And implants worry me. Metal drilled into the jawbone. What about nerve damage? Can a partial do the job? Will other teeth loosen and shift over time?
