One year ago, I had several Cortisone injections to fix an overfilled fat graph under my eye. The Cortisone injection left my skin thin and purple, almost dented, under my eye. I’ve had IPL and halo laser done to the area several times as well as micro needling. These have had no effect. I am at a loss. What can be done to fix this? It’s ruining my self esteem. Thanks in advance.
