Are the effects of acne scar treatments/collagen remodeling permanent?

I am about to start treating textural scarring, predominantly rolling , left from acne through UltraPulse, subcision, and filler (if needed). I was wondering whether the collagen remodeling from CO2 or other lasers for acne scarring is permanent? In other words, will I need to come in for "touch ups" every year or so or will the effects of treatment be permanent? I understand that certain fillers may require touch ups and I am going in with realistic expectations. Thank you!

Acne scars are typically challenging to treat, regardless of the modality, the best treatment is determined by the nature of the scars, whether they are icepick, boxcar, or more rolling scars. Subscision is more helpful for the rolling scars with a loss of volume.
