Hair very think in front left part, is this male pattern baldness? (Photos)

Question

So i got a buzzcut 2 months ago! Now I am growing out my hair! And it seems my hair is very thin in front left part. I asked my barber and he told me that it's because of a partition there and because of that the hair seems thin. Now is it balding ?? As in male pattern baldness?? Or am I panicking too much !! Please help !
