Are benev exosome injections effective for treating hair loss? (photo)

Question

I have been using finasteride (1.25mg per day), and twice daily minoxidil for about 10 years now and have been able to maintain most of my hair. Over the past two years or so I have started to notice thinning around my hairline, so I tried 4 sessions of PRP 3 months apart and felt there was no change or maybe a little more hair loss progression. There is a clinic nearby offering Benev exosome injections for hair loss, but I can’t find many before/after comparison pics for it. Is it effective?

Exosome therapy, including Benev, is a relatively new and experimental approach for hair restoration. While early studies and anecdotal reports suggest potential benefits in stimulating hair follicle activity and reducing inflammation, high-quality, long-term clinical evidence is still lacking. Compared to established treatments like finasteride and minoxidil, its efficacy is not yet proven, and results can be variable. Since you’ve already tried PRP without significant improvement, exosomes may be worth exploring as an adjunct, but expectations should remain cautious, and outcomes may not match those of more established therapies.
