I have been using finasteride (1.25mg per day), and twice daily minoxidil for about 10 years now and have been able to maintain most of my hair. Over the past two years or so I have started to notice thinning around my hairline, so I tried 4 sessions of PRP 3 months apart and felt there was no change or maybe a little more hair loss progression. There is a clinic nearby offering Benev exosome injections for hair loss, but I can’t find many before/after comparison pics for it. Is it effective?
