After losing 110lbs... I had a lower body lift with media thigh lift and fat transfer to the buttocks... I’m really happy with the look of my buttocks and inner thighs, but still have big lumps on my posterior thighs and need to wear Spanx with pants so they don’t show through... For reference I’m 5’5 and 145 lbs... Dr. said that losing more weight will make it look worse...Should I have a surgery revision or is there any non-surgical treatment that could help smother out the skin?

Hi,
Thank you for your question. It's hard to answer this question without any pictures. It's best you consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for an evaluation and go over the results and any other possible options. Best of luck!
There is no maximum amount of cc's that can be injected anywhere, the amount injected depends on the elasticity of the tissues, not the desire of the patient or surgeon. Consult with a few plastic surgeons in person for an exam for more detailed information. Not sure what "laterals" are either....
As far as safety of the operation is concerned, I believe that yes, providing that positioning during surgery will not have an affect on your herniated disc.
