I had my second laser hair removal session for all my body and now I have bumps. Is it normal and how to get rid of them?

When I was having my laser session I saw swelling all over my body then it turned into bumps (full legs &arms). My doctor gave me medicine fucicort and E45 cream. He told me it should take up to 3 days but it has been almost 10 days and it is not getting better. It never happened to me before. P.S the doctor did not ask for any skin test before the laser session and I don't know if I can continue the sessions or not?
