I’m a 32 year old male looking to lower my hairline. My hairline isn’t receding, my forehead has always been huge. I’ve gotten two hair transplant one 2500 grafts And 2900 grafts to lower my hairline and I still have a huge hairline (five head) I really can’t lower my hairline with a third transplant cause of limited amount of grafts I have left. So I was wondering what alternatives would be the best to lower my hairline a forehead reduction or perhaps a brow lift. Or maybe some other procedure.

My best guess from the blurry pic is that your frontalis muscle is bunching up. This can be improved with endoscopic browlift to deactivate some muscles and tighten your forehead.
You have a more prominent brow ridge, and round forehead bone (frontal bossing). This is common in Asians and AA. Fat grafting the forehead can soften these without big surgeries.
Hello. High blood pressure during or after surgery increases your chances of bleeding, which increases the chance of complications. Therefore, I recommend that you postpone the surgery until it is completely under control. There is no obstacle to having surgery once it is under control.
