A scalp massage with a haircut should not affect the results from a Dysport treatment to the forehead.
Having a haircut with scalp massage after Dysport injections to the forehead should not result in any negative consequences. Answers to the following questions will help:1) How long after your treatment was the scalp massage?2) Was the area where the Dysport was injected massaged as well?The Dyport will be taken up by the muscles in the forehead within a few hours of the injections. Generally ~3 hours after treatment, the Dysport will have been fully taken up by the target muscles. After this point, scalp massage will not have any effect on the placement or final result from the treatment.

One unit of botox, even the dysport equivalent is a very very small amount. It is most likely the placement/area in which they injected the second time, but I would consult the injector who did the second treatment and let them know about your issues.
