How to get rid of bulges under bottom lip? (Photo)

I am 26 years old and have have these two bulges underneath my bottom lip on either side. I hate how it makes me look when I have my mouth closed. Is it a case of Botox or filler or a mixture of both to get rid of it ?

These bulges represent fat pockets, the outlines of which are visible because of volume loss. These "bulges" can be improved using fillers to restore volume in the perioral areas. I would probably recommend Restylane Defyne when treating this area. I would also consider filler injection to the chin to improve chin projection/definition and overall facial proportions.
