I have a midline shift of my top teeth by abut 4mm.I have found a good ortho who said it can be fixed with invisalign, involving creating a gap so I can then have an implant...but it could take up to three years. Is what I want to know is how safe this is to have a gap created by invisalign order to put an implant in?
