Hello I want to make my Caucasian eyes look Asian or similar to how an asian person looks? I want to remove or reduce my double eyelid to create monolids but still maintain an Asian look? What surgery can be done to make me look more Asian, like a rhynoplasty or something? And what will make my side profile less prominent and look more asian

Interestingly this question is not rare. It's difficult to comment without having seen your eyes but in principle the double eyelid itself is an anatomical attachment of the extension of the mechanism that opens your eyes- when this inserts into the skin, it creates a fold which becomes more prominent when one opens their eyes. This is not impossible but depends on how much skin laxity you have on your upper eyelids. The other thing that Asian eyelids have is slightly lower fat in the upper eyelid which can be a concern in Asian people.
The side profile is usually one of nose which is also a complete set of assessment all together.

If you're trying to change the eyes and the nose but still look Asian or even look more Asian then this is achievable but we really could use some photos and maybe a little more information about you.  Now if you are not Asian and want to look more Asian then we definitely need some photos.  Surgeries to make a person look more Asian usually involves fat grafting to he upper eyelids, temples, and forehead.  The rhinoplasty work really depends on your current anatomy.Chase Lay MD
