I have had "all on 5" upper for 4 years. Recently I have gum recession around front left implant. It is not sensitive. However the other front implant area IS sensitive. No recession noted there yet. Also I have noted that the implant area above eye tooth is sore to touch. Prior to placement dentist said there was signs of bone erosion/infection. He was worried implant might not take. But it did. Is recession a problem other than aesthetic? Would a gum graft be the solution?
