I had Botox in my Chin 24 hrs ago and now have a bubble when I purse my lips/raise my lower lip. There were 2x injection sites, and one has a small blue bruise dot. It is not painful, and it feels like fluid. It feels exactly like a blister (but not as fragile) I've had Botox previously w/ no adverse effect. In this session I also had Botox in the mandible and a small amount of touch up filler to the nose/lips. Is this a hematoma? Will it go away on its own? Does it need aspiration? Thank you!
