a year later I was in a pretty bad car accident & hit my head on the window before the airbags deployed sustaining permanent nerve damage in my neck, shoulders & arms. I suffer from severe migraines now & attributed the blurriness of my vision to them. My vision is now blurry even when I am migraine free. I have trouble reading the white board & switching focus without discomfort (like notebook to whiteboard etc). Is it possible to correct this with a revision of my proceedure?

Do yourself and see a surgeon who actually finished a fellowship in cornea/refractive surgery, it doesn't sound like these guys did as it is pretty obvious you are undercorrected and might need an enhancement, plus dry eyes so you probably should have already received punctal plugs and restasis...
You should be ok your flap can only move if you are within the 1st 3 days, if you had a PRK or LASEK you wouldn't have to worry about anything as there is no flap to dislodge:)
You can use these drops, they are just an OTC vasoconstrictor like Visine, but don't overuse them or they will stop working and you will get "rebound hyperemia" which is more redness after the vasoconstrictor wears off so your blood vessels dilate even more than normal
