I had lasik 3 years ago with amazing results (20/10 vision in both eyes and reduced glare/blurring from illuminated signage).

Question

a year later I was in a pretty bad car accident & hit my head on the window before the airbags deployed sustaining permanent nerve damage in my neck, shoulders & arms. I suffer from severe migraines now & attributed the blurriness of my vision to them. My vision is now blurry even when I am migraine free. I have trouble reading the white board & switching focus without discomfort (like notebook to whiteboard etc). Is it possible to correct this with a revision of my proceedure?

Head trauma might be cause of your difficulty switching from near to far, which would not be fixable with repeat Lasik. Of course, there are other possibilities. I would recommend that you see a Lasik doctor for an evaluation.
