NuEra Tight or tummy tuck? (Photo)

I am 36yo, 5'5", 125lbs, and 4 months postpartum. I am back at my pre-pregnancy weight but have some skin laxity that is particularly noticeable when I lean over/bend, and in certain clothes. Would NuEra Tight be enough of an intervention? Or is a tummy tuck necessary for improvement? I'm active and usually very fit so this has been mildly distressing. Thank you.
