Fair skin, age 43, best treatment for crepey legs with age spots? (Photos)

Question

I have very fair skin (age 43 years old). My thighs and shins are covered in spots and crepe skin from old sun exposure. I have been offered Moxi or Halo. Another cosmetic surgeon I know said that Halo is not for legs. Though, I thought it would be the stronger of the two options to treat it and do a better job? What is the best treatment for crepe skin on legs??

Hello, BBL treatments can be effective in reducing the appearance of age spots on the legs.  Multiple treatments may be needed to achieve optimal results, and it is important to follow proper sun protection measures to prevent the formation of new age spots. For crepey skin above the knee, a combination of Ultherapy for skin tightening and Radiesse injectable to stimulate collagen. Radiesse can be used to enhance the contour of the skin and smoothing out the skin that has become loose due to aging. Ultherapy uses ultrasound waves to heat up the deeper layers of the skin, which stimulates collagen production and tightens the skin. Both Radiesse and Ultherapy can be used to address different concerns and a combination of both may be recommended for optimal results.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.
