For crepey skin above the knee, a combination of Ultherapy for skin tightening and Radiesse injectable to stimulate collagen. Radiesse can be used to enhance the contour of the skin and smoothing out the skin that has become loose due to aging. Ultherapy uses ultrasound waves to heat up the deeper layers of the skin, which stimulates collagen production and tightens the skin.
