I would like to know what my options are to shorten my philtrum. I am 30 and have read that being young and having keloid scarring is not a good combination for that procedure. I do not have a gummy smile and do not want a procedure that will reduce upper teeth show. I don't like the idea of fillers to shorten it because I have read that fillers can weigh down the upper lip, which would lengthen the philtrum even more in the long run. Is a botox lip flip a good option?

Botox for TMJ should not result in sagging in a healthy 22 year old. I would encourage you to use medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and to wear sunscreen every day. If you are wanting other treatments to keep your skin healthy and youthful visit with an aesthetician at a med...
You have nice volume to your cheeks which is evident when you smile. This is typically a sign of youth. If you are wanting to slim the lower face you can consider fat removal, You may consider Morphues8 treatments or FaceTite to tighten the skin. Botox will not help you with your concern.
It would be totally fine to have Botox injected in the crow's feet area after thread placement in the tear trough region. Always consult with a board certified medical practitioner for your aesthetic treatments.
